Yakiniku Like’s tagline is Tasty! Quick! Value! It is a chain of yakiniku barbecue with branches throughout Tokyo. Many of the seats are set up for solo diners, each with their own individual barbecues. The set menu includes meat, rice, soup, and kimchi. On the table are five different sauces, grated garlic, and a fun furikake rice sprinkles that reminded me of crushed potato chips.
The menu starts at 580 JPY ($4.50) for 100 grams of meat. Most people will want at least 200 grams. Today’s lunch was less than 3,000 JPY ($23) for two of us. Lunch comes with a bottomless bowl of rice. It’s a fun, affordable meal.
