
The lightest shaved ice 🍧 I have ever had. This one topped with a kabocha squash mousse with a hint of rum. The ice is made with spring water from Shinshū. The cafe is five minutes from Mitaka Station on the Chūō line. It is not far from the #GhibliMuseum.

Strawberry and mango kakigōri from yesterday. It was so good I went back today. My friends and I just happened upon it. That’s what is she amazing about Tokyo. So many amazing spots like this!
