The 2016 Tsukiji Market Calendar is out. We are still offering tours to the market, as the move has been postponed until the end of 2017 or possibly spring of 2018. There is also a chance that it will never move.

Why are some of the dates on the calendar spelled out like twenty two? They are ot in red so is themarket open?p
I looked at the calendar and can not see what 22 you are referring to. Which month?
If the date is red, I would not go to Tsukiji Market. Some shops in the Outer Market (jogai) may be open.
